Kapsul

Located in a new industrial park in Saran, the headquarters and materials storage facility of Kapsul, a company specializing in resins for below-grade waterproofing.

The building is divided into 2 spaces. On one side, a warehouse with a steel frame and metal facades. On the other, a customer reception area and offices. There is a genuine architectural intent to separate these two spaces with a glazed “rift” that houses the horizontal and vertical circulation.
